Q: I signed up for an offer, but the credit hasn't shown on my progress. When is it going to take place?
A: Depending on the offer, it could take a day (such as with Stamps.com) or it could take a few days. Check the details of the offer chosen for details on length of time or requirements needed, to get credit.

Q: I just bid on (or won) the auction before realizing it's only information, can I cancel my bid (or auction)?
A: I do not have control over canceling anyone's bid. However, if someone does bid on the listing, and wins, then please DO NOT send me a PayPal payment. I will see it was sold, and I will simply mark "payment received" and give the winner of the auction positive feedback, as I wish they will do the same. This way no one loses anything in the process.

If there was a PayPal transaction, and money was sent, I do not accept it in PayPal, and I send the buyer an email stating they will be receiving their money in 30 days.

Q: How do I get referrals?
A: I set up a website which is tied in with ebay listings. The ebay listings have a link to the website which has all the information. If you are interested in creating a webpage, but unaware of how to really do it, email me and I will send you a template for a basic webpage to get you started, as well as information on getting started with ebay listings.

I use www.angelfire.com for my web hosting. You may use any webhost you prefer. I just like Angelfire because it's free and I know it.

Q: Where do you get the link for people to click and sign up for the offer?
A: Typically, you log into the free offer website with your username and password, click on the progress tab, and find a Referance Link about half way down the page. Copy that into your website or ebay account. I'd say go for website, it may be a little more rewarding, or easy for the viewer.

Q: I don't have a credit card, is there a way to get past that?
A: Every offer requires a credit card for identity purposes and easy transation if the person decides to keep the offer after the trial period. There is no way around that.

Q: When i sign up to that offer website, how will they know that i signed up to one of their offers?
A: By clicking on the referance link which is on my website, that's where you go to sign up for the offer. Create a referral account when the option comes up, and it will tell you that you have to complete at least one offer, as well as refer a # of other people to their website through the referral link they provide you on their website. It's on the progress tab when you log into the website.

Once logged into your account, there is an Offers tab. Click on it and sign up for one of the offers. Check the requirements and time for credit to kick in before proceeding.

IMPORTANT: If you do not sign up from the offers page, and sign up directly through stamps.com, your credit WILL NOT be applied towards your free item! You have to sign up through the link.

Q: eBay keeps removing my listings...what do I do?
A: eBay will pull your auctions because you aren't selling a tangible product. They will pull them, but post them again.

Just make sure to have auctions running often so if they pull one or two, you still have others which eBayers can look at. I typically have one an hour.
